Sonia is the co-founder of Prestige Insurance Consultants. She has over 20 years of insurance experience in the Florida market and has helped many families in Southwest Florida. Before establishing Prestige Insurance, Sonia worked at large captive insurance agency where she began as an account manager. With her excellent sales track record and leadership skills, she was quickly promoted into a management position. As she continued to excel, Sonia faced the challenges of not being able to offer her clients options on markets and products. With the help of her colleague, Shannon Morgan, they decided to make the change and open Prestige Insurance Consultants as an independent insurance agency in 2006. Sonia has obtained several professional designations through her insurance career. She is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Personal Risk Manager (CPRM) and Certified Professional Insurance Agent (CPIA). She believes with continued education she can provide the best service to her clients and keep up with the fast pace changes in the insurance industry. When Sonia is not in the office, you can find her at the beach catching sunsets, the ball field with her children, football games, traveling or just spending time with her children. Her favorite vacation destination has been New York City during the holidays.
